Where to buy your Textbooks

The Middle and Upper schools use an online bookseller, MBS Direct, which is regarded as the best one stop shop for textbooks (www.mbsdirect.net).

Other booksellers can be substantially less but may require more time to locate all the books. Please consult the ISBN numbers when using other booksellers as sources. Specific information for each grade level is included in the dividisional lists below.

Please have your physician complete this document if you have a Pre-K, Kindergarten, 7th grade, or new student.
Please have your physician complete the forms within this document if your student is participating in any athletic event.
If your child has experienced a concussion, please refer to the following documents: 
Return to Play-Dr. Clearance: If your child has been cleared by their physician to return to athletics, please return the Return to Play note to the Director of Medical Services-School Nurse Rachel Onderbeke, ronderbeke@uls.org.

RTL Plan Protocol:  If your child will need classroom accommodations, according to their physician, please return this RTL Plan to the Director of Medical Services-School Nurse Rachel Onderbeke, ronderbeke@uls.org.
If your child has any of the following chronic conditions, please have their physician complete the appropriate form:

2019-20 Transportation Request Form

University Liggett School is pleased to offer transportation to our students for the 2019-20 school year. Pick-up /Drop-Off locations will be determined once ride rosters have been established.

Students will be picked up/dropped off at predetermined main-route locations along the most direct route to/from school. Afternoon transportation departs from the school at 3:20 p.m., unless otherwise noted. 

You will be contacted by the Transportation Office before school begins to arrange/confirm logistical information related to your family, once routes have been established.

2019-20 Transportation Request Form: All transportation requests are due by August 15, 2019.
