    2019 - 2020
    Head Coach: Daniel Cimini

Due to heavy rainfall this morning, ULS's semifinal baseball game (Saturday, May 17) has been moved to Warrior Park: 1525 Equity Drive, Troy. The Knights are scheduled to take the field about 12:30 p.m. Go Knights!

The Knights have achieved a incredible success in the last decade under head coach Dan Cimini’s lead.

Liggett baseball was the first team in Michigan’s history to go to four straight State Championship games (2011-2014), of which Liggett won three out of the four Championship titles.

Liggett is also the first team in state history to win back-to-back state championships while moving up a division, as division 4 state champs in 2013 and division 3 champs in 2014.

The Knights have won the District Championship in eleven out of the last twelve years, in addition to Regional Championships in 2007, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.

Each year, the team consists of talented athletes who are dedicated to the sport, both in- and out-of-season, and who aspire to continue their athletic careers in college and beyond.

Liggett baseball has attracted the attention of many Division I college scouts, and many graduates have gone on to play at some of the top collegiate baseball programs in the country.  Former Liggett players include:

    • Curtis Fisher: Michigan State University (4-time 1st Team All State; Dream Team; runner-up Mr. Baseball in Michigan)

    • Dominic Jamett: University of Michigan (3-Year All-State catcher; 2011 State Championship Team)

    • Alex Daar: University of Michigan (Mr. Baseball in the State of Michigan; 2011 State Championship Team)
