Our teams have accumulated numerous conference, district, and regional championships, while our student-athletes earn prestigious academic honors through rigorous coaches’ association standards. A significant number of our athletes take their talents to the collegiate level, showcasing the unmatched preparation and opportunities our program provides.

Our storied success starts with our coaches, many of whom are also teachers. Knights at the Next Level

With a long-standing tradition of athletic excellence, ULS prepares student-athletes to compete at the next level. Our alumni are making their mark at colleges nd universities across the country, from small private institutions to top Division I programs. Whether playing for nationally recognized teams or continuing their passion for sports at smaller schools, our Knights carry the discipline, leadership, and teamwork developed at ULS into their collegiate careers. Some have even gone on to become Olympic athletes and professional sports team owners, showcasing the lasting impact of a ULS athletic experience.

Fields of Champions

In 2015, University Liggett School completed a stunning expansion of its outdoor athletic facilities, opening the largest conjoining installation of artificial turf fields at any high school in the country at that time. This state-of-the-art complex supports multiple sports, on which our Knights have since celebrated multiple championships.

Home Ice Advantage

The Francis J. McCann Ice Arena is ULS’ on-campus ice rink which includes 39,000 square feet of space, expanded locker rooms, and seating for 300 spectators. The rink is utilized by Lower and Middle School students for ice skating as part of their PE curriculum and by our Upper School varsity ice hockey teams, who get to enjoy the advantage of playing on home ice.

John A. and Marlene L. Boll Campus Center

The 30,200 square-foot John and Marlene Boll Campus Center was opened in September 2018 and serves as the home for the Knights basketball and volleyball teams. The building features a 14,500 square foot gymnasium complete with a collegiate floor, a state-of-the-art fitness center and weight room, an athletic training room, four student locker rooms, coach and official locker rooms, storage space, and 10 basketball hoops.
