University Liggett School's girls lacrosse program boasts a strong tradition of success, highlighted by their 2019 Catholic League Championship and recognition as Regional Runner Up. The program fosters a competitive yet supportive environment, focusing on skill development and teamwork for players of all levels. With dedicated coaching and personalized training, athletes are well-prepared for high-level competition. They practice and compete on a state-of-the-art girls’ field hockey and lacrosse field, emphasizing leadership and sportsmanship while instilling values that extend beyond the sport.

Amanda Amine

Coach Amanda Amine has been a dedicated coach at University Liggett School since 2018, where she serves as the head coach for both the varsity field hockey and girls' lacrosse teams. She has been coaching since 2010, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her roles. A graduate of Regina High School, Coach Amine earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management from the University of Detroit Mercy.

In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Coach Amine serves the ULS community as a middle school physical education teacher and advisor. Known as "a player's coach," she excels at building strong, personal connections with her athletes, fostering their growth both on and off the field.

Under her leadership, Coach Amine has seen tremendous success, guiding the lacrosse and field hockey teams to continued excellence. Her dedication to her athletes and her passion for the game continue to leave a lasting impact, helping shape well-rounded players and individuals.
